College VS Chicken Tenders

Recently my search for college has brought me to some interesting places. When November rolled around I had submitted applications to only two colleges and started thinking, “Oh crud, some of these colleges have deadline in November!” That’s when the college catastrophe began. I scrambled to look for colleges that had things I was interested in but that got me thinking… What should I even be looking for in a college??? So I broke it down into this list:

− I want a school where I can have fun.

− I want a school that has my major.

− I want a school that has a good area.

But at that point on the list my mind started to wander… “What kind of restaurants are in this area?” “Will there be food I like?” “What will I do on the weekends?” These led me to add a few more points to my list.

− MUST have chicken tenders available 24/7.

− Pizza must be an abundance.

− Movie theatre in walking distance.

With my new list I went out into the world. I actually did get to go to some campus visits at Truman, Northwest Missouri State, and Illinois Wesleyan University, and they were all very… exciting. At Truman I stayed with some friends and had a “college” experience.

If you guys have advice on what to look for in a college let me know! Also if you go to any of those colleges or know someone who does, I’d like to hear about that too!

Blogtastic Blogs, Net Conundrums, and Money

Hey everyone!   I started a blog here on wordpress because a few of my friends and people i know have one on here.  I will try to get to it as much as i can,  its harder than many people think for me to manage all these new internet conundrums.  Facebook for example,  everytime i put enough time and effort into understanding the new layout of the website they pull a fast one on me and say “Oh Gotcha!  This week we are testing a new layout!!!”.  Myspace and i never got along.  I started on Facebook and i think most people started on Myspace and so i was all backwards and i dont pour enough time into it that i can make mine any good!  Help?   Then there is Twitter.  Twitter is so user friendly that i have no excuse.  I can send my status via text message or by opening my web browser!  I just never know what to say!  “I am sitting in the chair typing my status on Twitter”,  “I am texting my status”,  “I am working”,  after a few attempts i realized… NOONE CARES!

Youtube.  Those of you who were subscribed to me back when i made videos on a regular basis have contacted me multiple times asking for more videos and videos of me singing.  The reason i stopped making videos was not because i stopped enjoying it,  i just lost my camera and dont have one to make new videos with!  I am working on it i really am!  Unfortunatly i just quit my job at Best Buy (which i only held for about 6 months) because of time constraint,  so money is kind of an issue at the moment!  Ill work on getting a new camera once i get my time management under control!

My questions for you… What are some things you guys do to make some easy money?   What is the best technique for saving money?  and in what order should my internet loyalty be given? (like…  youtube,  then facebook,  then twitter, then blog, or any other order)  Cant wait to hear from you!
